These terms govern Splashtastic Swim School's SMS text-message program.

If you opt in, you may receive any of the following message types:

You opt in to SMS by checking the consent box during account registration at https://account.splashtasticswimschool.com/register. The opt-in checkbox is unchecked by default — you must actively check it to consent.
You can also opt in by reply: text START to the number you receive messages from at any time after a previous opt-out.
To stop all messages, reply STOP to any message we send. You will receive one confirmation, then no further texts.
You can also opt out at any time from your parent dashboard under Settings → Notifications, or by emailing splashtastic.brentwood@gmail.com.

Message and data rates may apply. Splashtastic does not charge for the messages themselves, but standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply. Check with your carrier if you're unsure of your rate plan.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Our messages are compatible with all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional providers.
Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely to send the messages described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third-party marketers.
Your phone number is shared only with our messaging delivery provider (Twilio Inc.) for the sole purpose of transmitting your messages. Twilio's privacy practices are available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.

This SMS program is intended for use by adults (18 years or older) who are parents, guardians, or authorized contacts of children enrolled at Splashtastic Swim School. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and the authorized owner of the phone number provided.
We may update this SMS policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to opted-in users via SMS or email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
